Strange things in Chi-town

Okay, a couple of days ago Bob and I went walking along Elston Avenue....we passed this pickup. We actually walked past it a ways before we looked at one another and said, "Whaaa????????"

It isn't every day that you see a spoiler on a pickup truck.
